I get angry when I go low sugar. Could that be what is happening to you? You might want to consult a doctor or sports fitness professional. And are you taking supplements? Some of those can alter your behavioral moods.
When I was diagnosed as hypoglycemic (low blood sugar) I had to eat a lot of small meals & snacks all day. The hypoglycemia has resolved itself, I guess with age, but I still have those eating habits. That's something you might look into, and whether your nutrition habits are meeting your present needs with your exercise routine. You might find that the one will compliment the other.
