    Yes, but they are probably not on RJ, in some cases because of DODT, which Obama also has procrastinated in repealing.

    U.S.-led invasion of Iraq violates the basic rules of the United Nations. Iraq war was illegal and U.S. troops shouldn't be there in the first place. Iraq is winning so far!

    The triumph is that 90,000 troops are coming home.
    The tragedy is that 50,000 are still there, as sitting ducks, during the ever increasing violence.
    And, don't be surprised when those 90,000 troops are sent to Afghanistan.
    The only way to "win" these wars is for the U.S. to go home.
