    In these tumultuous times of pre-presidential elections in the US, new state establishment in Kosovo, and Russian threats, it is good to have France and its (possibly) unintentional political comedy.

    I can just imagine an episode of Oui, Monsieur President*, as President Sarkozy suggests this educational idea at the dinner party. Picture it: the flabbergasted dinner guests, the inevitable aide with the thankless job of informing the rest of the Cabinet and the press secretary, and the self-satisfied state leader/
