You definately do not need to have 3 scoops of it. 50g of protein is a bit much I think at one time. Actually, it has a lot of carbs and fat for one serving. I guess this would be good as a meal replacement shake or for right after a hard workout.
It has both fast and slow absorbing protein and I like the list of extras such as creatine and glutamine although it would be nice to know how much of each is in it. You need about 5g of creatine in my opinion for it to matter.
I DO NOT like maltodextrin though. It is a short chained sugar, absorbs quickly as glucose, and causes a big spike in insulin. I wouldn't use this solely because of maltodextrin. I'm not an expert by any means, but I'd say use 2 scoops of it after a heavy workout if you are going to use it.
