Ran 70 laps on the indoor track, then did some situps.

8 miles. My hamstring gave me no problems so I felt like I could double the mileage.

Way to go. Was your hamstring previously giving you trouble? I'm recovering from a bit of a knee injury, myself. It's been a frustrating road for a guy who used to do half marathons (and had his heart on finishing his first full marathon this year). . .

4.5 miles/34 minutes. Slow, sucky run on sore legs. Going out again this morning for a longer run. Taking it esay, but hoping it will at least feel better.

It hurt Tuesday after sitting in a chair wrong, so I just rested on Wednesday and Thursday. By Friday it wasn't hurting anymore so I just went with upping the mileage.
