Well after 3 weeks away form outdoor running (schedule, travel, and fought off a summer cold), it was a slow restart today. 10.5 miles along Lake Michigan. I am usually good for an 8:30 pace, but not today. I clearly have some work to do in order to be ready for the Chicago Monster Half on Halloween!

training for the Ben Franklin Bridge run in Nov. Start off runing back and forth over the bridge for over 2 miles so have to start running uphill more to start and then flat surface for the other 4 miles...good luck to you guys..
