Would it be a little weird to do P90x at the gym? I hate sitting in traffic going home and figure I can spend an hour doing P90x before goig home. Would it be kinda weird though? I guess that doesn't really matter.

I have seen many guys at my gym doing P90X exercises, or at least parts of the routine. I say go for it. I don't know much about P90X though.

ive been doing so at the gym to spice it up a little, doing it at home gets boring, i do the cardio portions of the program at home, and the body training/building at the gym. its working well so far icon_smile.gif

I am one of those persons who can't work out at home. I really NEED (ok....maybe NEED is too strong a word) other people around when I work out. The visual stimulation of other people really is important to me, so P90X at home just wouldn't work for me. I have often wondered if there would be a way to cam with someone for something like P90X. Would be a great way of staying on track with the workout, even if only on cam....

Sure, why not? It's no different than the exercise classes.

That's good to know. I've been meaning to get home early enough from work to do P90x but I'm absolutely exhausted when I get home. I've been going to the gym after work but it'd be pretty awesome to just do P90x at the gym. I just don't want to look like a freak while doing it. Thanks for the input!

I've done it a full 90 day routine twice using my gym. Over the summer, I saw 3 different couple doing P90x at the gym too.

    Not weird at all.

I also see a shit ton of people using their iPhones and iPods to watch it while they work out.

My trainer has incorporated Plyometrics, Kettle Bells and all of that other P90X additives... It works for him, so i say, Go for it!!! It doesn't really matter HOW you get in shape, as long as you DO get in shape...

I used to P90X at the gym. It worked out better for me that way. There is no motivation working out at home.
