    Banana Buckwheat Pancakes/waffles

    2 cups white pancake mix
    1 cup buckwheat pancake mix
    1 1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup milk(low-fat, fat-free, or soy)
    1 egg
    1 tbsp veggie oil
    2 mashed bananas

    Mix the dry mixes together, and ad water, milk, egg, and oil.
    Mix until just mixed, mix in the bananas

    Cook on a griddle or waffle iron

    Id, in a sause pan on a med heat put some southern comfurt, maple syrup, pintch of brown sugar. bring to a start of a boil and then add in sliced banana's just to heat, dont over cook and then pour that over your pancakes.

    Thank, and it healthy too, I made them once, as waffles, and they were goodicon_biggrin.gif
