It's funny, Maggie is as homely, and dowdy today, as I remember her as kids. She looks the same, 35 years later. She was short, fat, not pretty at all, and I don't remember her being all that popular, at least not with any of the "in" crowd... you see, I went to high school with her, well, we went to the same high school, but she was a couple years a head of me. We went to a high school that was popular, winners in major sports, had great teachers, a liberal curriculum, etc. My area of Portland, Or, where I grew up (Lake Oswego... went to Lakeridge HS) was a very tolerant area to live in, even back in the '70s. It just boggles my mind that she could turn out to be such a hateful cunt...

I think the robo-voices speak to the fact that the message from NOM is repeated without thought or humanity.

You can't have a reasonable conversation with an automated answering machine because it cannot think on its own. It pieces together words which are out of context from each other to form replies.

    Great video!

There's an application (or website?) where you can create these easily.

This is the previous most famous version, and even if you like iphones this is really really funny.

    OMG. That was EPIC.

As much as I like Apple products... this one definitely hits the target about the "release-mania" that too many people get anytime Steven Jobs craps out a new i-gadget.

    Against?

I'm somewhat indifferent myself - or to be exact, it doesn't top the list of things I want done in the world. But gays that are actively opposed to gay marriage?

That's almost like a fish opposed to living in water, lol.

Oh you are a hateful, intolerant, anti-religious bigot. Can I come into heaven now?

    Is that a yes?

Oh, they're here. I'm surprised none of them have crawled out from under their rocks. Give them time. They'll speak up. They always do.

O_O at the Michele Bachmann clip.

I had no idea she was that evil. Everything she does, she does for Christ? Wow!
