Running Log - August 30th

    Ran a fast 4 miles on the indoor track, then some sit-ups and lots of upper body lifting.

    After the 10 1/2 yesterday I just wanted to ease up and do more fast work.

    Finally, no pain. Ran a measly 3 miles but it was great to not have to limp it home.

    Nice job! I have been running with a friend training for Chicago marathon. I just wish he would get his head out his %^& and follow somekind of program. But, can't tell some people stuff! LOL Did run 17 last Saturday.

    While my legs are not hurting, I am still finding that my running is off. I guess until I run another 5K I won't know whether I have backpedalled or have been improving.

    I am nowhere close to being able to run a good 10+ workout without feeling just completely weak at the end.
