Unfortunately, he wasn't the only victim this month. Here's an article of a kid in Ft. Lauderdale, Simmie Williams Jr., who was shot on 2/23. http://www.sun-sentinel.com/sfl-flbteenmurder0223sbfeb23,0,2931895.story What the hell is going on?

Thanks for posting the vid, Caslon.

This link shows a different story:

Child's remains found in UK 1:52
Police in Jersey, England, have found partial remains in a former children's home. ITN's Rohit Kachroo reports

Is this the one?

Truly Tragic.

I'm not sure if the child should be tried as an adult or not. It sounds like pre-meditated murder, but he's so young and uneducated about the issue. It seems he just acted rashly based on his own feelings and conceptions of gays. But still, murder is murder...

He definately should be tried as an adult. I remember what I was like when I was 14 (for the most part) and I know for a fact that I was mentally and psychologically capabale of appreciating my actions, enough to know that murder is wrong, regardless of my reasons for commiting it.

I'm tired of hearing lame excuses based on age; 'he's too young to understand', and 'she's only 18, she doesn't know any better'.

BULLSHIT
