I did it about 2 yrs ago lost about 20lbs fat lbs. For me not sure why my front view didn't respond but my backside (back ass legs) looked awesome. I look at the pics from then and can't believe it was my ass lol. Also i didn't follow the diet so could imagine what how much greater my results would have been. Keep track take pics every 30 days would love to see your results.

I plan on doing P90x after xmas. Currently working on cardio improvement and strengthening and toning. Only been back into working out about a month after three years off due to a back injury.

Need to tone up and stretch some before I hit the P90x. Have a friend that did it and it worked wonders for himicon_eek.gif.He lost 30 lbs and looks great.

My ultimate goal is to get back to my pre-injury 6% body fat at 220lbs.

Good luck to you. I'll be watching for your progress reports.

Yea man I'm going to do the same started today again. The hard part is going to be giving up beer i drink alot more now then i did then lol.

To the previous poster why wait till xmas do it now! P90x has plenty of stretching traditional and yoga. For the strength part use elastic bands that way you can prevent balance injuries from using dumbbells.

you have to be commited to it or its a waste of time just like any other training routine. i do a similar program that i made for myself with excersizes i can ACYUALLY do. not that crazy shit they have on those training tapes

I am on day #2 of the program. It is killing me, but I'm loving it...did the plyometrics today...feel like jelly...my biggest issue will be the diet portion. I'm trying to keep up with what they say to do, but some of the meals are not really reasonable for my work place. Any suggestions on this area?
