Much better outing today pace wise, but would still like to pick it up a bit. Same 10.5 mile route south and then back north along Lake Michigan...

It was awesome to run in fall temperature - 63F at 7:30 this morningicon_exclaim.gif Amazed at how much easier today's run was than Wednesday's when the temp was 94F.

I'm going to cheat here again and post Sunday's run in Saturday's topic.

Was in Cedar Rapids visiting family so had to use a different running path - one with hills! and the river! and some kind of horse manure storage field! - but i was just glad to be able to go for my long run at all. 21.27 miles, 3hr9min34sec. I think i might actually have run 23 miles though as i didn't hit the nike+ button until a ways into the run.

Next weekend: 24 miles and my last big run before The Big Run.

I ran in the Fleet Feet Run into Buffalo 15K yesterday morning. The weather was perfect for a 9.6 mile run, cloudy and cool. My finishing time was 1 hr :34min:37sec. to be exact. It was a great race and a fun time. icon_smile.gif
