    Sliced berries (either blackberries or strawberries) and watermelon or banana, followed by 1/2 cup of quick-cooked Quaker oats with 1/2 tsp of local honey and a tbsp of peanut butter.

    On Saturday I have three slices of bacon instead of the peanut butter. (no, not in the oatmeal).

    * 1 cup of Unsweetened Soy Milk
    * 1 scoup of On Whey French Vanilla Cream Protein Shake
    * Banana, Pear or Apple
    * 1 slice of wheat bread with Jelly (sometimes)

    Not a breakfast person, so I have to force myself since I know its the burning meal of the morning.

    In winter I eat porridge (oatmeal) made with skimmed milk, a chopped apple, raisins and cinnamon. I cook it the night before (not with apple though) because I find mornings traumatic. I sweeten it with a little xylitol.

    Just so you all know, xylitol is an amazing sweetener that also has the extra benefits of preventing and reversing cavities! Eat up.

    Oatmeal with just sugar & milk. Sometimes I may add fruit,but I really just like oatmeal with milk & sugar. Also, I only eat oatmeal cold; I hate when it's heated up.

    orrrrr

    I'll just eat apple jacks icon_biggrin.gif
