beginners diet?

    im not exactly new to this whole body building thing but i still only weigh 120kg
    i discovered the other day i was malnouriched tho i had no clue up to that point
    i was measusing calories and stuff but i guess i just dont know enough about nutrition
    it explains why my stomache hurts more than my arms when i do pushups

    so if anyone could recomend a good basic diet
    notinhg fancy just a minimum i guess so i dont make the same mistakes
