I power walk for about 20 minutes every weekday after school, and I noticed that my calves begin to hurt, as if they became rock solid and are trying to stretch themselves. I'm new to doing this light cardio everyday, so I'm not sure if it means I'm doing something wrong, or if it's just my calf muscles getting a good workout.

Please enlighten me on my situation.
