Worked out at school on a Stairmaster, then on a stationary bike. Sit-ups and upper body workout. I noticed my left calf was pretty swollen compared to my right calf, so I am going to rest it up from running.

Ran on the treadmill last night. Came thisclose to hitting my second goal of the summer - breaking 20 mins for a 5K. Clocked in officially (on the nike+) at 20:01. grrrrrr. I guess I'll break it next week...
