And consequently thinking about dosing myself up on some cold and flu tablets and taking myself an easy-ish full body routine (I normally do a split up jobby 5days/week).
But then someone said that hitting the gym whilst sick was A Very Bad Idea.
Opinions and experiences on that one?
Should I just try and be patient and wait til I can breathe normally again.
