How long have YOU been working out?

    Hi y'll. I just want a good consensus of everyone here. So please answer these three questions:

    1) How long have you been working out? How many years, etc?
    2) What was your initial body type?
    3) Where do you see your body in a year or so?

    That's three questions.

    1. I started working out (i.e. lifting weights) in my second year of university. I had been a competitive swimmer and recreational volleyball player since middle school.

    2. I was RAIL skinny. To the point where I look at pictures of myself now from back then and I barely recognize that boney boy looking back at me.

    3. I'd like to add more muscle, but it's just so hard! So if I can keep the gains I've made, maybe add a few more, and feel happy and healthy, then it's all good.

    2. Ectomorph

    3. Still ectomorphic, with a little more muscle added gradually, like the preceding years
