Are there excersizes that target this area? I've always heard you can't target a paticular body part. I do about an hour of cardio each morning and weights 45 min or so mid day. I've hear squats will help, I currently do do any. Any help is appreciated.

You heard right. It's about what you eat. I feel your pain because that is where mine hangs out (sic) also.

True only in the sense that doing leg exercises with weights helps boost your metabolism, because a large percentage of your muscle mass is in your legs, so if you use and fatigue them, they will require more fuel, thus increasing calorie burn.

One thing I would NOT do is weighted exercises targeting that area like weighted side bends... until the fat is reduced, building the oblique muscle which is underneath the fat will just create a larger bulge.

    Diet.
You don't look disproportionately fat in your photo though. Losing a little extra body fat will make your abs pop out more. You already look good though, so don't worry about it much.
