CL I believe is Craig's List
Track bicycling is a form of competitive cycling that is contested on an oval track. There are many different disciplines, such as sprint, pursuit, Madison, Keirin*, etc. some are contested head to head, some are contested as a team. Almost all of them are comparatively short distance in nature. Thus the riders who excel at track events tend to be bigger and more powerful (short term, high twitch, sudden burst, sprint type) than your typical road cyclist who tends to be more of an endurance athlete, and lighter weight as they compete against gravity too. Track events can be very fun to watch, but don't blink, cause you can miss the entire "race," just that fast. http://www.usacycling.org/track/
*Keirin racing is very popular in Japan, and not so much here in the US, and is essentially their version of horse or dog racing. Google it to find some examples. These guys are tough bastards.
