You might want to compare TRX versus PX90. I am in the process of buying from a wholesale distributor for $99.00 rather than the $189.00. The good thing about this is that is portable, if you travel.

Here is the website for TRX
    ]www.fitnessanywhere.com

After comparison if you want to send me an email and I will send you the name of the distributor.

I've heard a lot of good things about it, overall, it sounds like a pretty good cardio routine.

It's probably not so good for strength unless you're out of shape and tiny.

On month two and toned again! On the way to being defined. So I'll soon be changing my status from Average. Woo hoo!

Plyometrics broke the toenail off of my left big toe. Wear shoes.

Yoga X will make you sweat.

After doing it, I'm really glad I started out with the exercises that RJ has. They really laid the ground work for helping me know how to pace myself. (Except for the freak Mary Katherine accident.)

You have to use the forum search, not the site search. if you scroll up on this page, it's the second (and lower) one you see.

I'm very skeptical about any fitness device/DVDs sold on infomercials. I'm yet to find an actual person who has use the P90X system, got results and is not connected in some way with the owners of P90X.

It depends on your goals. Those who have weight to lose tend to see the best results.
