Lately, I've found that I've become addicted to the feeling of a small degree of soreness/tightness in the muscles after a good workout. This motivates me to workout consistently so I can always maintain a degree of this feeling when I wake up each day. I understand that you shouldn't workout the same muscle group if it's still sore and I don't as the soreness only last a couple of days. I was wondering if anyone else feels the same or I've pretty much become obsessed with it.
