I've been an avid Pump and Combat goer for the last 7 months. I know group training is a bit 90's for most of you but it has worked miracles for me.

Doing an average of 6 of each class along with a Balance class per week, paired with a 5km (3mi) run every day and constantly upping my pump weight I've managed to lose 21kgs (46lbs) in 6 months.

I'm wondering if there are any other success stories out there or if Les Mills is even that big in the states.

RPM is pretty awesome. I try to get to at least 4 classes a week in winter.

    That's awesome!

I've been teaching BodyBalance/BodyFlow for over 2 years now and I'm about to get certified to teach BodyPump. I love the LMI classes... so much fun!
