Hey guys, just wondering what body part makes you dred your work out for that day, that one body part or muscle group you would rather skip. For me it would be my legs, i loath my leg day, probably because its the hardest part to work out and my legs always feel like they were beaten with a bat the next day. icon_biggrin.gif

I love working my abs and chest but doing squats and lunges is the least favorite part of my workout.

Legs - no question. Because I've got bad knees (an especially bad right knee) and the damn workout hurts the joint....

I have a love hate relationship with legs. Love working them out, but hating being sore for four days, not sure why they take longer to get back to normal.

But I hate back day. I love the sore feeling, and almost impossible to get that with back.

It depends on the year if I hate doing legs or not. They are naturally my strongest body part, so doing them makes me feel all big and strong, but they also take the most energy to do for me.

I thought about it for one more second after saying arms, and I have to say Abs. I hate doing abs.

Yeah.. it's shoulders! Mine are WEAK and i hate working them... lifting 10s and 15s makes me feel stupid! Even though i can punch, and keep on punching, like a mugg, i have NO strength in my shoulders!

Definitely legs. I tend to fall down stairs because they don't work right afterwards and I walk like a tired 85 year old man in a k-hole for the next three days. Luckily, my legs have always been naturally good sized, but as I get into my later 30's it seems my booty is losing some of its roundness. I guess it's back under the squat rack for meicon_cry.gif I'm not so keen on shoulders either. They grow very easy so working them out every couple weeks seems to keep them from totally disappearing.icon_smile.gif

Probably my biceps. Just boring. I wish there were more variations. Always the same thing. Up and down.

Legs are actually my favorite! There are so many things you can do.

I forget what it's called -- it's the part of my body that starts from the head and goes down to the toes?

Fortunately, I'm such a creature of habit, that if I don't work out I feel even worse. So, as long as I can get to the gym my "auto-pilot" kicks in. Of course, the prospect at having eye candy to look at as I work out (oh, don't worry -- I don't oogle, I just catch a glimpse here and there).

But, seriously, it's probably my back. It generally responds well, but once in a while I'll pull something (usually the same spot) and I spend the next few days wincing when I move a certain way or as I roll over in bed. I just never know when it's going to happen, so I don't know what to do to prevent it.
