New flaw in RJ design

Recently, I noticed when I hit "Ignore Their Posts" on a person that I don't like, not only do I no longer see their posts. But now I no longer see any threads they start. That's nice. Good work.

    But...

The flaw in this is this: when someone whom I have hit "ignore their posts" to REPLIES to a thread that they didn't start, if their post is currently the last post in that thread then the thread DISAPPEARS entirely (when I'm logged in) until the next person posts.

I noticed this when I replied to a thread. Then when someone I had blocked (no idea who don't care) replied the thread disappeared. Then when someone else replied, it reappeared again.

    RJ, please fix.

I understand...it's a lot of abstract complex logic that took me a few times to rewrite to try to convey.

So I think I fixed it. Let me know if you still see a problem with it.

    Thanks,

Interesting, and I see Chris is now on it. But I didn't realize we don't see a blocked person's threads at all, though I should have caught on. I believe I only have 1 person's posts ignored (though a greater number are blocked from e-mailing me, especially unsolicited I get from 3rd-World countries), and I did wonder if that ignored person had stopped posting so much. Apparently this is the reason. I'm cool with that, except for the disappearing thread flaw you discovered.

Since you are responding to this thread Chris, I was wondering. Is it possible to get an option to see when your mutual friends pop online?

    Thanks in advance
