    Before and after pictures.

    Eat.
    Lift, and cardio.
    Rest.
    Repeat.

You don't need supplements, besides maybe some coffee, and a bit of protein powder.

Try RealJock 12 week workout plan. That will be a real good beginning for you. I'm on week 4. It's super. Also, I eat a lot of protein and protein shakes and eat right.

    Good luck man.

Which 12 week program are you using.
I see one for Muscle building, one for Strong and Lean, and a strength foundation workout.
    Thanks, George

Ok, I lied. I have more questions. Today I went to the Gym and in the middle of my workout I became very nauseous and dizzy. Is it possible I am not eating enough? At 6:30Am I had a large bowl of cheerios with a banana, and 1% milk. Around 10AM I had a hand full of almonds, walnuts, etc. At 12:pm I had a large salad with a chicken breast. At 2:pm I had an orange. At 3:30 I had a low fat yogurt. At 6PM I went to the gym. I only had one bottle of water all day. I know I need to drink more. Can you suggest something I should eat or drink an hour before I workout? Any suggestions? I continued working out but just had to take my time. It was a weak workout to say the least.

Without actually knowing too much, it sounds like you're not eating enough, but specifically just before you work out. My partner and I both get nauseous occasionally during intense weight training sessions, and it's always been due to lack of proper nutrition.
One suggestion is to drink a protein shake during the workout. Something else that worked quite well for my partner was to eat a bowl (at least an entire bowl) of fruit 1 hour to 30 minutes before his workout. The tricky part is to eat enough, and close enough, to the workout that it's useful, but not eat so much, or so close, that you feel the food in your stomach as you workout.

    Hope that helps.
