thanks im on a body building program eating well i think im doing bike high and low sprints i was thinking steam or will the sit-ups help as a burn around the waist thanks for your time GTB

There is no way to burn fat "around the waist".
You burn fat by burning more calories than you eat, your genetics decide where that fat comes from.

so situps aren't necessarily the best way to burn belly fat. but they will build muscle, improving the look of your abs.

bike high & low sprints- I'm guessing this is HIIT (high intensity interval training). Supposedly this is one of the better ways to burn fat.

on eating, be mindful of sugars especially processed sugars. One of the most important to watch out for is High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS). It is in a surprising amount of products these days and can play havoc with your fat storage mechanism. Since your body doesn't quite know what to do with it, so your body stores the calories as fat.
eat only whole grain - brown rice, 100% whole wheat breads, etc
