I finally completed a 10:2 interval of 10 miles in 2 hours, despite a Sinusitis Viral infection, upon seeing the doctor yesterday....so I am totally stockedicon_biggrin.gif since I been struggling with this infection for the last two weeks after getting a nasty cold.

My Garmin Forerunner was fully charged this time, weather was great in the 70's, overcast but cool, took my light camel pack and loaded it up with FRS low concentrate orange drink (1 ounze) and mix it with water for the rest. So, a couple of hunk men also, doing the same thing so kept me motivatedicon_lol.gif to keep going.

This trail is called the Iron Horse Trail

Good running for everyone's else, and injury freeicon_lol.gif
