How do i build up my Forearms?

    My forearms are naturally very thin, i want to build them up to be more muscular,

    whats a good exercise for that?

    Do wrist curls until you get a pump, then alternate between wrist curls and reverse arm curls. instead of curling palms up to work your biceps, curl reverse with palms down to pull the bar up to your chest. That helps build your forearms and to a lesser extent your biceps.

    But wrist curls work really good. Don't need to use a really heavy weight but use a lighter weight with higher repetitions until you get a pump in the muscle and then increase the resistance.

    To save time typing out all the different forearm exercises I do, I'll just say google "forearm exercises."
    There are lots of ways to build them up.

    Also, strapping a Shakeweight to your hand while jacking off is very effective.
