I heard chocolate is a healthy food (if not taken with sugar and milk) and that the world's greatest nutritional deficiancy is, in fact chocolate deficiency... theres no way to get enough of it...

I read that in my medical textbooks, REALLY!!

    Whats your verdict??

    Chocolate is actually toxic.
    You shouldn't eat any.
Send it to me for analysis!

Milk Chocolate is nutritionally speaking, garbage.

When I am in SFO airport, and pass by the Ghierdelli (spelling sorry) stands. I pick up the darkest chocolate there is ... and nibble on it on the plane.. the aroma just drives the people around me crazy... LOL...

Something this good HAS to be bad for you.

I love milk chocolate too, that's why it's easier for me not to have any icon_cry.gif when I'm 'using' I know it's bad for me but I just can't stop....(think brokeback mountain "I don't know how to quit you!")

Doesn't the average chocolate bar contain 6-8 insect legs? As well as various chemicals including trace amounts of diesel fuel?

I used to eat tons of chocolate each year, now I only eat dark chocolate nothing under 70%. I stopped buying chocolate when Godiva, discontinued those little dark chocolate raspberry bisects, I had with my tea.

If you want to have a bit of chocolate without the horrid guilt of the nutritionally deficient milk chocolate, just take a spoonful of coco powder and put it in your protein shakes or make hot coco with it. Sweeten with stevia if you like. It has a similar taste with almost none of the fat and sugar.

I think chocolate has some healthy attributes. I buy the organic 90% dark bars, I eat like one bar in two weeks.

    It's healthy... right?

So does every other processed or packaged food item.

I like chocolate, but don't crave it or eat it regularly.
