Ran 3 miles on the indoor track then biked 3 miles. I actually ran the 3 miles at about 6:17 pace apparently. I didn't feel like I was going that fast though.

I am trying out this app on facebook to track my workouts. It is called RunningAHEAD. Anyone else use it?

BTW anyone want to follow me on facebook let me know. I wouldn't mind seeing your progress in your workouts.

    Today was my "day" off.

I was sitting on my lard ass, looking out the window at my 90 year old neighbour out for his 5 mile walk. Rain, snow, or shine, Pete is out there!

He tells me he's scared to take a day off in case he can't start again.icon_smile.gif

I hope that if I make it to 90 I can be out there doing that too. For one thing I might actually win my age group in a 5K.icon_wink.gif

Yesterday was a weights day so only did a quick 5K on the treadmill to warm up.

And Zox that RunningAHEAD app looks cool. I have Nike+ which uploads my run stats right to Facebook though. If you want I can give you my Nike+ username and you can have a good laugh there.
