drink allot of water and get more than sufficient amounts of sleep.

seems simple enough but allot of people forget the undeniable and often overlooked effects of these two things

you produce allot of testosterone in your sleep and 6 hours of hydrated sleep is better than 9 hours of dehydrated sleep

I hope this ends up helping some people remember the fact that all the supplements in the world don't stack up to sleep and water.

    Very, very true!
Thanks for the reminder. The body also releases various hormones while we sleep and repairs damage done throughout the day.

Again, awesome reminder to drink clean water and get a proper amount of sleep.

However much it takes to get the cats off your face....

    no not really.... keep those.

6-8 glasses daily is what I've heard recommended most often.

How much is enough? If you're pissing colors or feeling thirsty, you're not getting enough. In my case, about two gallons a day, but that's mostly because my insulin makes me feel dehydrated all the time.

I read somewhere that most Americans are so used to being dehydrated that they can't tell the difference between being hungry and thirsty.

That said, since we got a new fridge with the water/filter hookup, I drink alot more and feel better. The one thing I noticed is the more I drink, the more I want![/color]

If your piss is clear, then you're hydrated.
If your piss looks like lemonade, you're ok but drink a little more water.
If your piss looks like tea, you're really fuckin dehydrated.

urine color isn't the best indicator, it can lie. foods like beats or even a multi vitamin will throw you for a loop.

if u ever get thirsty, you fucked up.

just drink ample amounts of water and you'll notice the difference within a day.

Completely agree with you on that. I bad night sleep makes next day just a pain in the ass.
As for water I have get up atleast 2 times at night, that is the only thing I hate about drinking so much water.

Very good point track_boi. Water and sleep are extremely important. It's easy for us to forget the fundamentals sometimes so thanks for reminder. You don't necessarily need many supplements, just good nutrition, a consistent workout plan, and plenty of water and sleep.
