my 405 won't upload to my Garmin's account.
It completes to nearly 90% of the history upload and then bang, server error.

Have any of you experienced that lately ? It's the first time i get that.

Sorry I upload directly to the Garmin Training Center on my desktop. I can still view my workouts and stats that way, plus the full upload works...

You may want to reset your security settings to medium.
Also make sure that you do not have any anti-virus software working.
Do both of those things and see if you can get it to download properly.

    If not call 1-800-800-1020

It's Thursday, so you shouldn't have to wait for a tech for more than 20 minutes.

Also, I would not recomend coming to forums for information on your Garmin device... there is a lot of bull*hit information that can really screw up your unit.

Go directly to the manufacturer for assistance.

Bottom line is is the device is still under warranty, they will swap it out for you.

it uploaded every training since over a week ago.
i'm glad because i have a few xcountry races coming up.

you put me in a catch22 situation, following your advice i also ended up not following your advice ( regarding tips over the internet ) .. LOL.

a gps watch keeping data on your training :
pace, speed, distance, map, altitude , heart rate etc.
and you upload all that to your account on their website ,
then you get to see pretty pictures :
