Anyone else going to Alegria in NYC for Halloween? I went to their labor day weekend party and there were soo many hot guys. It went from 11pm to 1pm I believe. Had a blast!

Anyone planning to goto their Halloween event? I was looking at pictures from last Halloween's event and it looks fun!

Am I the only person who, when reading the post's title, thought this was a Cirque du Soleil event? icon_redface.gif

awwwww, not everyone does drugs. I think it is what you make of it like most things in life. It would help if you enjoy dancing and dance music tho.

You guys are silly. none of you are too fat to go.

Looks like fun to me... couple beers, dance music and a room packed with half-naked dancing men.

Hmm, NYC is only 8 hr drive for me...

This "Alegria" looks like a multifaceted nightmare. I'd rather just get drunk, walk down the street, and hit on straight men.

About 10 minutes of the same camera angle, with half of the time being pitch black would do little justice to what really likely happened there.

Of course, being surrounded by hundreds of sweaty, shirtless hardbodies in variously altered states could be fun for a lot of folks.

    Your mileage may vary. icon_razz.gif

I hear that. I can bear about 15 minutes of it myself - which quickly shrinks to 5 minutes when combined with the bit of claustrophobia I can get in huge crowds and the smell of sweat laced with meth or ecstasy lol

I'm debating between Alegria or Halloween 27 in New Orleans. Argh. Alegria is amazing when going to any of the events throughout the year. . . New Orleans is only good once or twice! Bleh.

and their promo video kind of sucks lol.

I usually decide by DJs. DJ Paulo and Abel( Sigh, Rosabel. . . come back!) or Calagna in New Orleans. Hmmm...

I am definitely one who likes me a good Circuit Party but judging from that first video I'll pass

    That's just what I don't like
people jammed onto the dance floor to the point where your just rocking back and forth? icon_confused.gif
and the reverberating pots and pans music that repeats itself over and over for an hour at a time?
    Yikes .....

i find American rave parties to be kinda soft... Im spoiled, I raved for years in Amsterdam, the best ones are there and in Madrid, THATS hardcore, American parties are nowhere near as out there.. and thats just the POPULAR raves.. the underground ones where I would walk around everyone on coke and X and just tripping out in front of the speakerswere seriously perturbing.... all over Europe

This music below is from a cousins friend who's Tiesto's music producer (tiesto doesnt produce his own stuff you see)
