Ok, I recently discovered the wonders of the Bosu ball. I love the combination of physical and mental focus it requires. The problem is that my right knee aches after doing squats on it. I'm not even squatting with any weight at all. Does anyone else have this issue or have any suggestions for preventing this? I love them so much I'd hate to have to give it up.
