I've received several massages and I find that certain areas aren't addressed. For example, I find it soothing to have circular motions over my stomach. Also, so much attention is given to the back but what about the chest?

Finally, having your hands and feet worked over is 7th heaven for me.

They don't know what you want unless you speak up. All you have to do is ask the therapist to concentrate on those areas and I guarantee that they'd be more than willing to accomodate you. Actually abdominal and chest tightness can account for upper and lower back pain, and those muscles should be worked regularly but because those areas can be such vulnerable areas for people on a physical (moreso the abs than the chest on men) and psychological level a lot of therapists seem to avoid them or not devote as much attention to them.

Appreciate your feedback on the chest and stomach. Good insight.
