What's the best way to get more defined muscles? I've been building up my biceps and triceps especially, and now it just looks like I have fat arms. I usually weight train 3 days a week, and I do progressive lifting where I do 3 sets, increasing the weights and decreasing the reps each set. What am I doing wrong? How can I get more definition?

Upload some pictures. Let's get a look at you.

Remember, anything worth doing should be worth doing well, including being on a visual board.

You need to start at the beginning.

You need to get a attitude where you define, plan, and execute towards your goals.

    First things first.

From what I have been told, you get definition by doing more reps with less weight. You get bulk by doing less reps with more weight.

    I never went by that

high rep low weight stuff or that heavy weight low rep stuff

ive always made sure i get that pump when I work out.

If i cant do at least eight of what im doing, its too much weight. Sure for strength I go really heavy, but im a muscle builder, not a strength builder.

Look at all the guys here...THey know what they are doing. Lets see a pic, so we can know what we are working with lol.
