What's the best way to get more defined muscles? I've been building up my biceps and triceps especially, and now it just looks like I have fat arms. I usually weight train 3 days a week, and I do progressive lifting where I do 3 sets, increasing the weights and decreasing the reps each set. What am I doing wrong? How can I get more definition?
