If you include all French language music, I would include a few from Québec:

    Crila:

    Ariane Moffatt:

    and:

    Marie-Mai:

    Andrée Watters:

Les cowboys fringants (more of a Franco-country music style than pop):

Most on RJ are probably too young to remember this great 80's pop hit. It is a cute video. I think the band Yelle owes a lot to this band.

Yes. I love French music too. All the classic singers like Piaf, Aznavor etc. PLUS the interesting things present day DJ's are doing with dance hits.

There's also a lot of stuff coming out of the former French colonies like Morocco, etc.

And here's also one of my fav singers

OMG!! You guys are amazing!!! Thank you sooo much... and especially to DisaterPiece... The songs by Charles Aznavour and Jaques Brel are the absolute BEST!!!
Really brought back some strong memories.. I must confess, when I was about 19 years old, I took an overdose of sleeping pills and downed a quart of vodka while listening to "Yesterday" by Chas. Aznavour... it was the last attempt I EVER made. I came real close... but,ah, that was a lifetime ago!!!

    France Gall

Not sure if this counts, but I love it. From an Italian music program on RAI circa 1969 in black and white. Don't you just love how people dressed back then?

One of the smoothest, sexiest, meanest French duets from the later 1960s. I LOVE it.
