Need help bulking up my upper body

    I've just started going to the gym near my new apartment and I've never really worked out before. I've always been pretty active with competitive dance but since I'm not doing that this year, I've joined a rec. and competitive volleyball league playing twice a week. I don't have much of a problem with my legs (since dance has bulked up my thighs and legs) but I'd really like to bulk up and get a ripped upper body.

    I need to know of a program or just what machines to use while I'm at the gym. I want bigger arms, chest, and back. I am already pretty toned in my arms so I don't want to tone, I just want to get bigger!

    Can anyone steer me in the right direction? Also, how should I change my eating habits?

    hahah I eat pretty well but I don't want to eat the wrong things!
