There might have already been a thread on this in the past but... just wondering what brand/type of creatine and L-glutamine you guys prefer (if you use it)? There are so many choices out there and I've used ones I liked in the past, but curious to know what everybody else is using.

For creatine, Purple-K or K-Pro are by far the easiest ones to take. I like both of them. I tried another one that came with Beta-Alanine, but damn, I couldn't stand the jumbo pieces of chalk.

There is creatine in a lot of the pre workout drinks, but it's such a piddly amount.

This creatine is cheap and won't get you bloated.

I use the Jarrow brand for the L-Glutamine...amazing stuff...I take 2 grams a day....it will help you big time when you work out. I take this along with arginine and ornithine.icon_razz.gif

I was taking creatine and my liver enzymes went crazy. My liver also enlarged slightly and the doctor told me to stop taking it. I did and I'm starting to get back to normal. I was only taking the recommended dose, too.

Trouble is these people who manufacture this really have no idea what a "dose" should be or that it really impedes liver function. I learned it the hard way, bro. No more creatine for me.
