I didn't know where to put this so it will go here. Everyone has a Dog or a Cat, if you have an "off the beaten path" pet do tell and post a pic if you have one. I have a Turtle and his name is Kurtle.

I had a ferret. He loved going for walks in the park. He went into a coma after a long battle with hypoglycemia and had to be put to sleep.

Illegal exotic bird trade unfortunately is lucrative in Mexico. Thus I had beautiful parrots growing up. SO CUTE I LOVED THEM.

LOL! It's a black bubble eye goldfish. Kind of like two water balloons attached to his eyes and yes, they can pop.

Aww, I love ferrets. I have two (Galena and Feldspar [Yes, I am a geology nerd]). The diet is so simple... you can feed them cat food because the nutritional requirements are similar. I love my babies.

I had a bamboo shark and a stingray for a while.

Both died from a tank meltdown. That's what happens when we let stupid people tell us how to operate our aquarium.

I have no pets as my building doesn't allow any, but I always wanted one of these:

I had one of those for about three days. I'm fine with dogs and cats, but it seems that somehow I'm allergic to chinchillas. So cute, though. Her name was Consuela.

You can probably get house mice to look like that if you put them on a high cal diet.

He was originally on loan, and then when my ex got back, Scooby was so docile and attached to me that Mike let me keep him. When I got home and tapped on my shoulder, he would climb up my leg/torso and hang out on my shoulder so I could pet and feed him. He was very very sweet.

I was utterly heartbroken when he passed away. icon_neutral.gif

he's a third generation cross of a domestic and an african wildcat called a serval. he is very wild and occasionally scary but he's also a very nice guy and he acts like a dog in many ways. he runs to the door when i get home and follows me around the house, etc.. servals look like this:

You have to do this. The best that anybody else can do is embed a puny thumbnail. (And yes, those are adorable pictures...the minuscule thumbnail size just increases the kawaii factor...)

Well, he is a Turtle with the name Kurtle, the other option I had was Grover Cleveland, but I thought Kurtle was more appropriate.
