So, after over a year a healthy high calorie, higly researched eating and working out, i have gained NOTHING not a pound, i lost about half a pound, so ive determined my metabolism is either to good at keeping up, or my genes are just really bad for weight gain, so ive decided to try a pro-hormone such as Deca-diboldazol or halotest 25, im very set on doing to, and im not trying to be rude or cocky in saying this, but please, responses such as "thats not good for you" or "try something else" arent going to change my mind or help me, im fairly certain im going to order one this upcoming week, BUT id like to make as informed a decision as possible when selecting my prohormone/legal steroid. Any suggestions and information would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

You're not eating enough, if you don't believe me, keep track of EVERYTHING you eat (amount, calories, carbs, protein, fat) in a spreadsheet for a week and post the results

    "you're too young for prohormones"

    you need patience
and about 14 more years to consider prohormones

I second waht flex89 said. Once I began specifically tracking my Protein intake, it was quite apparent that I was not eating enough to support my current muscle mass or goal weight.

Rule: 1 -1.5 grams of protein per day per body weight/goal weight.

Secondly, your not monitoring your BFI, so you have no clue what you did.
Tanita http://www.tanita.com/en/ is the brand I prefer.

This is what doctors are for. If you have a legitimate hormone deficiency or a hyperactive thyroid, your doctor will prescribe what you need. It's not a matter of "It's not good for you"; it's a matter of "You don't know enough about this stuff." Don't play with fire. Go see your doc.

His concern isn't health-related. He wants to get bigger and he wants it at a consistently increasing rate. Same reason anyone goes into a message board asking for a steroid source. Oops, I mean pro-hormone, because those are ok!

well i have seen my doctor, my body fat index is 12.7%, i am actually a medical student as well, however the medication i was prescribed for having both of those problems (hormone deficiancy and hyperactive thyroid) is a good deal more pricey than trying this. i do keep a food journal,
    today i had;
    7108 calories
    266 grams of protein
    252 grams fat
    96 grams saturated fat
    514 mg cholesterol
    944 grams carbs
    2450 mg sodium
    6022 mg potassium
    89 grams fibers
    198 grams sugars

You're throwing money away on things like legal pre and pro hormones. I tried using testrogel once and it was worthless. It just comes down to eating a lot of protein rich foods. and you could probably benefit from complex carbohydrates as well. I avoid them, because I gain too fast with carbs in my diet but you'd probably see an increase in volume and mass. Experiment. Its mostly diet and then exercise.
--oops I just read your response while I was typing mine. Thats a lot of calories. Try boosting your carbs, avoid caffeine and anything that will spin up your metabolism. Lower the cardio or avoid it, focus all your energy on lifting not necessarily heavy weights but slow controlled movements with lighter weights.

Don't fuck with your chemistry. Guys who juice look good for a bit, while they bulk, then the get pumpkin head, distended abs, and go bald early if they're genetically prone to it. You have a body similar to mine, when I was your age...

    a) Your metabolism will slow.
    b) Eat more like the above guys say... eat all the time... It's hell.
    c) A good body takes a few years of dedication; you can't be going every second week, or skipping months at a time...if you want it, you gotta stick to it.
    d) Higher a trainer who knows what he's doing to help push you past your plateau. Look for a trainer who's go the body you want, don't waste your time on the dudes who delegate but don't practice their workouts. If you're anything like i was, you probably don't know how to push yourself past your max and you need someone to show you how to do that.

Finally, you might be thinking, "this guy doesn't look how i want to look; so fuck him" and that's cool, but when you start messing with your chemical balances you can create changes that are not reversible. This isn't a tattoo, or a piercing either, right.

    Cheers man,

    and good luck icon_smile.gif

I've done I think 3 cycles of pro hormones, they suck. I gained 15 lbs, got myself a belly, but most of all I farted like a broken set of bagpipes 24/7, which mind you was sort of pleasant when I was alone, but if you were following me down an aisle at Whole Foods it was noxious; after 3 weeks on that junk, and you've been farting that much, you stop being aware you're doing it.

Anyway, those are my 2 cents. Fuck how old you are, screw the metabolism, bugger the diet: if you want to look and feel bloated and fart all the time, go for it, I say.

actually, your body would be a very good goal for me, but i really couldnt eat more without vomiting, i eat an extremly large amount, especially for someone my size, and unfortunetly, my motherand father are slightly underweight, thinness is in my genes, so it is unlikely that my metabolism will slow down, i have been training for a few years, though it is just the past 13 months that i have become very dedicated, however even in this years time, ive not gained a single pound, and unfortunetly i dont have the money to hire a personal trainer, i... "borrowed" my sisters for a while, but after doing exactly what he said for a few months and having only stregth gains and no mass gains, i decided he wasnt helping.

Have you tried any herbals yet? The kind that you don't need to cycle off of. Prime or Pink Magic from USPLabs are both good choices. Prime would do more for size.

Ok, what's your workout routine look like?

Sets, reps, muscle groups (one group per day, compound/inline sets, upper/lower body split etc), workouts/week, length of workouts?

How much weight can you do for the following:
    - Flat bench
    - Skull Crushers
    - Dumbell bicep Curls
    - Squats
    - Deadlifts

Do you ever workout with a partner?

The way the marines pack 30 lbs on twinky bodies during boot camp is have them do super set swats. It's called the whole body effect. The concept being if you work the largest muscle group and chemical factory in your body ( legs ) you will cause a huge change in body metabolism and body buiding hormones. You will also eat like a horse. I saw if happen over and over when I worked out at a navy gym.

    super sets ...

doing like squats 3x10 then go right into leg curls 3x10 ..

those are the best way to add on size.

so u r eating well . however what is ur max's for

    squats
    deadlifts
    military press
    rows barbell
    bench

Prime is decent for test . how old r u . if doing a cycle its going to take a toll on u and def have a good PCT lined up . and less is more . but u can def put on weight just have to adjust since ur metabolism is high . all good i would add protein shake with olive oil and natural PB so that adds the biggest bang for your buck . but hit me back

I thought the thread read "Pro-homo/legal steroid?" As if we discriminate?
