FLMAO flash2010 could be a HOT Otter with a little more mass.
Which hole were you intending to donate into?

    Steroids.

Otherwise eat, lift, eat, pray, eat, and sleep. Patience is needed.

Like everyone hear is already saying, you need to eat A LOT!!! But basically figure out what your calorie intake should be to sustain your current weight and try adding 500 more to bulk up. Now some people have a faster furnace then other so you may need to up your intake even more than 500 calories. Now, when it comes to weight lifting, you need to go for some heavy lifting. So it will be a good idea to have a partner to help spot you when needed. Oh and compound exercise are the best for quick results. Bench press, Squats, deadlifts and cleans, there's more, those are just a few and best examples. So remember eat lots and lift heavy.

Add a mass gainer to your daily diet, I recommend BSN true mass.
Eat LOTS of eggs and chicken daily, also bananas are great for bulking up
throw in a banana, strawberries, milk and some honey in a blender and you'll get a delicious healthy muscle building shake.

The sky is the limit if you want to add FAT. If you want to add MUSCLE, you will have to train, eat and sleep properly -- and keep this effort consistently for YEARS.

Eat enough to grow but not enough to put on fat. Finding this sweet spot will take you some time.

BSN true mass is good, it's a protein shake. I take it right after my workout.
You can also have this shake throughout the day to supplement your diet. I've also heard having a protein shake in the middle of the night like at 2 or 3 am is good too for bulking up. Good luck!

Is there a way to bulk up without gaining fat? The only time I bulked up I gained fat too, I wish I could get muscle only though.

I personally don't believe there's a way to bulk up 'fast'. It takes time and consistency and effort. It's not complicated, as other guys have already said, it's just a matter of lifting weights, eating lots, and getting enough rest and you will grow. But it ain't easy and it takes time. If you're looking for a quick fix you'll be disappointed and give up.

its unrealistic to think that your going to gain lean muscle or dry muscle quick. The monsters you see in the gym have been doing it a long time and are very dedicated to there work outs and nutrition. If your just starting out you'll prob notice some good changes in the first three months. After that i wouldnt expect anymore than 3lbs of dry muscle a month. Obviously muscle holds blood which makes it way more. Get your self on a good routine 5x5 HEAVY 4-5 exercises per muscle group. Follow your diet carefully AND NEVER QUIT. good luck man

Eat enough of the right stuff and lift heavy. There is certainly more to it than that, but it'll get you started. Go to the bodybuilding.com site and search "hardgainer" some articles will come up that will help you.

Not that I'm a big fan of T-nation, but the whole idea of eating your way to being more muscular IS bunk when you really break it down.

We got the same problem, but i found a way to solve it and im buffed a lot in only few months time. What i been doing was gym workout plans as RJ provide, but its not about how much you eat, its about what you eat. Protin drinks is necessary. Beef and chicken mean is a plus, enough sleep time will helps too. Im not sure my way is perfrct or even correct, but i do put on muscles as I hoped. Hope you can understand what im saying, sorry about my terrible english icon_razz.gif Hope you reach you goal soon icon_biggrin.gif

Heavy workout is important, eating right is important, but sleeping is very important. You got to sleep in order for your body to recover from the workout and in the sleep period is when the body rebuilds the muscle fibers using the food you have eaten. Its more complex than this but its the basic idea.
