Hello! I searched the forums for "cell phone" and came up with irrelevant topics, so here goes:

My two-year contract will be up just in time for my birthday (mid October). I have had the same phone (An EnV 2, Verizon as my carrier) for the past two years, and now that it's time for a "free" upgrade to a new phone, I am lost.

I know that I don't like touch screens and that I love keyboards. I have tried looking on the Verizon website, but everything seems to be either touch, or lacks a qwerty keyboard (or doesn't specify). I'm currently looking at the Pantech Jest, but I don't think the keys would be big enough for my fingers.

So, does any guy out there have a nice Verizon phone, with a keyboard that they love and would like to share with me?

    Thank you! : )

A friend of mine has the Samsung Intensity. It's an ok phone, but it looks/feels like a toy. Verizon's selection isn't too good, in terms of messaging phones. I think the Samsung Reality is your best bet. It has a touch screen + full qwerty keyboard.

I am going to switch to Sprint after my contract is up in December with Verizon. The Samsung Epic looks like a fantastic phone. Full keyboard and terrific looking screen. A friend has one at the office and it is very cool. Check it out along with Sprints prices. You may want to switch.
