BULK UP?!?!

    I've been to gym 5 times a week, 4 times weight training and only 1 day for cardio as i play some sports for university.

    I just wanna bulk up, as i'm living at a full catering student hall, so i really can't choose what i can eat, but i will make sure the protein shake after the gym.

    However, there is nearly nooooo progress, i'm wondering will it take a long time? or are there anything i do is wrong? every time, when i have a glance at those muscular guys in the gym, i feel a bit depressing.

    so could anyone tell me one or two your gym tricks?

    Believe it or not, simply eating more will do it. If you've got access to a kitchen, start cooking! Don't eat less than six times a day and make sure you're getting 40g of protein when you do.

    Here's a protein shake, a creatine-glycogen loader, and a good weight gainer I use... Take one scoop of each immediately after your workout (this'll help your recovery)

    Don't be afraid to substitute natural protein for the drinks if you can't help it! I eat 2lbs of chicken a day and let me tell ya, it gets old fast...

    NLarge2 is a good weight gainer shake I use when bulking. I split it up to drink 2 scoops twice a day.

    And EAT ALOT FREQUENTLY!
