I also posted this question in the cardio forum as well. I lift weights three days a week. I do interval training on alternate days on the machines. I am starting to get a little bored with it, and noticing I'm loosing more weight and not gaining. I am looking for some sort of Cardio/Strength program to do on my cardio days. Something that involves low weights but qucik movements. (Kettle bells, Medicine ball, etc..) Any suggestions?
