    I'm ridiculously picky.

I don't like most vegetables, I don't eat a lot of exotic food or seafood.

    Slowly getting better though icon_smile.gif

I'm picky about certain things. Some people say I'm too picky. I don't want too date anyone that's messy. I won't date anyone that does drugs or smokes I don't want anyone who's every cheated regardless of the circumstances.

Not picky at all. 1 guy told me he was allergic to almost every vegi. How the hell is that possible? ... Cooking is my favorite thing to do and not being able to cook with vegetables is almost impossible.

I think Bryce is referring to being picky about guys. I don't know if it's picky or unrealistic, maybe they're the same thing...But I suppose I'm discerning, and compromising, so yes. I set my sights high knowing I will have to adjust them for windage and other things.....keithicon_cool.gif

btw, that trim is very hot on your face....icon_smile.gif

I'm the unpickiest person ever. Or maybe the pickiest? I actually think the question is N/A for me. The people who have been in my life have happened through a series of unrelated events. I find I end up relinquishing control on this, therefore if you look at the men that have in some way been in my life they've all been radically different in every way possible.

Consider going to a rap group to hear other gay youth perspectives. You just might find out that you're NOT being too picky. Then again, you just might realize that you are searching for someone who doesn't or can't exist.

    Either way, you'll know.

Extremely picky with everything. Monk is not even half of me. icon_wink.gif

I wash my hands every time I come from the street., I f I touch A package left by UPS or any other, I have to wash them again. When I greet someone I don't know or if they give me the wrong vibe, I have to wash my hands right away.

If I don't do something in a certain way (Writing, Pretend-to-Cook), I will be uncomfortable the rest of the day until I do it again and I'm satisfied. This includes handwriting which most of the time is in caps and semi italic.

On a Girl or Guy; You can be cool and good looking but if you smoke (on both sexes) or have tattoos (mostly on girls) that I find distasteful that's the end of it.

Yerrepandy, I hope you are enjoying your therapy and that it will yield fine results.

Don't take it too hard, but I once had an employee with your preoccupations. It all extended to his personality and he was unable to function.

I don't. I Think the best therapy is to talk about it. Afterall the thread title is "Be HONEST how picky... Can a person not be picky or perfectionist without assuming that he or she needs some sort of therapy?

If you have some beef for a recent post I made, Be mature enough, after all you're 62 years old not 6-years old and argue about the subject. Don't go around the forums picking a ground for bullying.

If I was you I would worry more about My affairs and life before judging others. But thanks for your concern. Is not like I will start paying any attention to phantom profiles anyways.

For a relationship I'm picky, I've had some horny moments where I hooked up with guys that were way less than my standards. I think being picky is good as is knowing what you want. There's also a time when you have to ask yourself if you're self sabotaging a good thing and being nit-picky. It's a fine line.

OMG I don't know you and I just want to meet you and torture you! Seriously! And now I find out you actually live in my hometown! You better watch out Yerrepandy. I had a b/f just like you and I would systematically undo everything he was doing. Trips to Costco were the best. He would put things in the cart a certain way, and then I would mess it up. When we would travel, he made it clear that I could do whatever I wanted with MY HALF of the hotel bathroom vanity counter, but the other was HIS half. So naturally I would spread my crap all over the place....AND make sure I used his towel (in front of him). My favorite was using his toothbrush. No, no drinking orange juice out of the container made him crazy. What the heck?

So what did all this lead to? Some of the greatest sex every in my life (and he says so too- begrudgingly).icon_biggrin.gif

I am proud to say that I have the best taste in the world. I don't watch shit programming on TV or listen to mainstream garbage music. I am very picky in that sense when it comes to the things I watch, listen to, buy, wear, eat, etc.

As far as my taste in men, I'm not picky when it comes to physical looks like most gay men are. I prefer average guys who have a brain and personality over cute boys who have nothing else to offer than muscle. Six pack abs are not required, and yes, a beer belly can be sexy ;)

Picky or you just know what you want? I suppose I could be 'picky' but I know what I want, and most guys don't offer it.
