Maybe, but at least he didn't put a spin on the article.

I actually watched FOX for most of 2008 so that I could better understand the conservative perspective.

What I understood from a lot of careful listening was that the network is an insult to any thinking conservative.

You should love fox news because it's owned by rupert murdoch and he wants amnesty for illegals!

As far as the "fair and balanced" slogan, they only use it to refer to the non-commentary news.

At least the businessman is arguing for economics, not emotions, and I agree with him:
http://blogs.abcnews.com/thenote/2010/09/mayor-bloomberg-and-media-mogul-rupert-murdoch-push-for-immigration-reform.html"It is nonsense to talk of expelling 12 million people. Not only is it impractical, it is cost prohibitive... there are better ways to spend our money," said Murdoch.
    ...
“As an immigrant, I chose to live in America, because it's one of the freest and most vibrant nations in the world. And as an immigrant, I feel an obligation to speak up for immigration that will keep America the most economically robust, creative and freedom-loving nation in the world,” Murdoch said. “America's future prosperity and security depends on getting our immigration policy right and doing it quickly.”

Bloomberg agreed, telling the committee that immigration reform needs to become a top national priority, and the debate should focus on economics, not emotion.

“Our system of immigration, I think it's fair to say, is broken. I think it's undermining our economy. It is slowing our recovery, and it really is hurting millions of Americans,” Bloomberg said. “History shows that every immigrant generation in the United States has fueled the economic engine that makes the United States the strongest economy in the world.”

Doesn't mean that he has the tightest grip on his minions on FNC though.

I thought it was because of USA's and TNT's success with Burn Notice, Psych, White Collar, and In Plain Sight taking away people who were looking for true entertainment rather than faux infotainment. ESPN too...how can we forget our modern gladiators?icon_lol.gif
