So i go to the gym 6 days out of the week and i see the same "straight" guys all the time. They hurry out of the locker room when i begin to undress. We all keep to ourselves. Now today, it was all different. Same guys, same gym but i brought my friend to the gym, finally, to train with me. So the same guys now all of the sudden can't help but stare at both my friend and myself. We were working out and these guys couldn't help but stare and i am like WTF?? Then when we both finished one of the usual "straight" guys goes in the locker room when we both go and sits there and watches us undress and dress even after we showered, not together of course. Thing which he had never done in the past. Why this sort of unorthodox behavior?
Anything like this ever happen to you guys??

Oh god! Not you and the locker room again. Man, if you have this much trouble sharing a locker room, go home and shower. ... icon_rolleyes.gif

    You're just old news.

The gym rats are a pack of coyotes and you have the acclaimed status of being a sack of carrots and your friend is a piece of fresh succulent steak. *SLUUUUURP*

You could come to my gym and I'll watch you shower if you want. icon_twisted.gif

And you're not so noticeable maybe? I suffer the same fate at work all the time, when a bi guy meets me in the hall while I'm taking a smoking hot chic to my XRay room. Sigh. If only they would look at me instead.

Ok, the English here is not comprehensible. Is that last sentence supposed to be "If only he would look at me instead"?

    Its a question of semantics:

His phrase: implies he wishes that he would get looked at by some, any, or all of the guys that pass him, not a particalur one... in addition... it makes clear that it happens with a lot of different guys at different occasions

Your phrase: implies that ONE PARTICULAR guy would look at him... in that case, you are implying that its the same guy you're passing over and over

Ex-ESL teacher here, so Ive seen these questions commonly
